Refund Policy

1. Overview

At iBuddy, operated by YOUR_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME, we are committed to client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our WhatsApp automation services. We encourage you to review this policy before making a purchase.

2. Free Strategy Call

The initial strategy call is completely free of charge, with no obligation. No payment is collected until you have reviewed and approved a customised plan and pricing. This means you can fully understand our services before committing financially.

3. Subscription Refunds

Our monthly subscription plans are subject to the following refund terms:

  • Within 7 days of first payment: If you are dissatisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your initial payment, you may request a full refund. This applies to your first month's subscription only.
  • After 7 days: Refunds are not available for the current billing period after the 7-day window. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Subsequent months: No refunds are issued for subsequent monthly billing cycles. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

4. Custom Development & Setup

For custom chatbot development, one-time setup fees, and bespoke automation work that has already been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available as these involve dedicated time and resources from our team. If setup work has not yet commenced, a full refund will be issued upon request.

5. Meta Conversation Charges

Meta's per-conversation fees charged through the WhatsApp Business API are billed by Meta directly and are not within our control. iBuddy cannot issue refunds for Meta's charges. Any disputes regarding Meta's charges must be directed to Meta.

6. Verification Services

Meta Business Verification and blue tick verification assistance are provided free of charge as part of our service. Since there is no cost associated with these services, they are not subject to refund. Please note that verification approval is at Meta's sole discretion, and we cannot guarantee approval outcomes.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and business name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the refund request

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. Your chatbot will be deactivated at the end of the billing period unless you request immediate deactivation.
