The initial strategy call is completely free of charge, with no obligation. No payment is collected until you have reviewed and approved a customised plan and pricing. This means you can fully understand our services before committing financially.
Our monthly subscription plans are subject to the following refund terms:
For custom chatbot development, one-time setup fees, and bespoke automation work that has already been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available as these involve dedicated time and resources from our team. If setup work has not yet commenced, a full refund will be issued upon request.
Meta's per-conversation fees charged through the WhatsApp Business API are billed by Meta directly and are not within our control. iBuddy cannot issue refunds for Meta's charges. Any disputes regarding Meta's charges must be directed to Meta.
Meta Business Verification and blue tick verification assistance are provided free of charge as part of our service. Since there is no cost associated with these services, they are not subject to refund. Please note that verification approval is at Meta's sole discretion, and we cannot guarantee approval outcomes.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. Your chatbot will be deactivated at the end of the billing period unless you request immediate deactivation.
