By accessing our website (ibuddy.in), submitting the contact form, or using any services provided by iBuddy, operated by YOUR_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME ("iBuddy", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
iBuddy provides done-for-you WhatsApp automation services built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. Our services include but are not limited to:

Our services start at ₹500/month for 1,000 conversations. Final pricing is determined based on the complexity of your automation requirements, discussed and agreed upon during your strategy call. Meta's per-conversation charges are separate and billed directly by Meta. Payment terms, billing cycles, and any applicable taxes will be communicated and agreed upon before service activation. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.
Our services operate on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. You acknowledge that your use of WhatsApp is subject to Meta's terms, policies, and guidelines, including the WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. iBuddy assists with Meta Business Verification and blue tick verification, but final approval is at Meta's sole discretion. We cannot guarantee verification approval as this is controlled entirely by Meta.
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is the property of iBuddy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Custom chatbot flows built for your business are owned by you upon full payment. Our proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies remain our intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to iBuddy in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any actions taken by Meta, WhatsApp, or any third-party platforms, including account suspensions, message delivery failures, or verification denials.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee specific results such as message delivery rates, conversion rates, or business outcomes, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required to comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, your chatbot will be deactivated and data retained as per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, State], India. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
